3. Cancellation & Refund Request Timeline

  • Website Development & Design: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of project initiation. Once work has started, only partial refunds may be issued.
  • Social Media Marketing & Ads: No refunds are issued after campaign setup and activation.
  • SEO & Digital Services: Refund requests must be made within 5 days of service initiation, provided that no major work has been done.
  • Graphic Design & Branding: No refunds after design drafts have been approved.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the costs for services already rendered.
