2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Supply necessary content, materials, and approvals on time.
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.
  • Respond to communication for project updates and approvals.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change.
  • A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project. The remaining amount is due upon completion.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or online payment methods (where applicable).
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy (see Refund Policy section).
  • No refunds will be issued once a project is completed and delivered.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated timelines for each service will be communicated in advance.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of materials) may extend the project timeline.
  • Urgent requests may be subject to additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All original work created by Al-Harbi Digital Solutions remains our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final project deliverables.
  • We may use completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

7. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information with third parties.
  • Any data shared with us is secured and protected as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Some services (e.g., website hosting, advertising platforms) rely on third-party providers.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, disruptions, or policy changes by these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for technical failures, third-party service issues, or financial losses resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services if:

  • The client violates these terms.
  • The client engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Payment obligations are not met.

11. Amendments to Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
